A sanctuary of sound and healing

Come home to yourself. You are safe. You are sound. You are whole.

Nestled in the heart of St. Augustine, Safe and Sound Wellness is a healing sanctuary dedicated to guiding you back to your true self.

Created and lovingly held by me, Christen, located within the Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge—a sacred space founded to foster creativity, community, and holistic well-being.

As a certified Sound Bath Facilitator and Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, Christen weaves together ancient healing modalities and modern coaching tools to support others—especially women and new mothers—on their path to wholeness.
