Nestled in the heart of St. Augustine, Safe and Sound Wellness is a healing sanctuary dedicated to guiding you back to your true self.

Within the Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge, we offer restorative sound baths, integrative health coaching, and community-centered experiences designed to support your mind, body, and spirit.

Founded by certified Sound Bath Facilitator and Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, Christen, Safe and Sound Wellness weaves together ancient healing modalities with modern coaching tools to create space for deep rest, balance, and renewal.

Parking

We have limited parking available in front of the building and you are welcome to use it if available.

Look for signs marked Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge and park only in the designated spaces — both the brick and paved areas directly in front of the building are available for your use.

The closest public lot is at 30 Granada Street just a 5-minute walk away and a great first option. Additional street parking can be found nearby along Cedar and Granada streets.
